Ok. Something fun and easy. Thanksgiving and Christmas are both on the horizon. These two holidays may be a little different than the ones in the past.
What fun foods are you planning this Thanksgiving?
For us, I ordered oysters (live in the shell). I am thinking about grits in cheese. But having trouble with the other foods. Not so much into the turkey, as it probably is just the two of us.
"Just hang in there?" There really is so much more one can do to get through this depression during the pandemic. We still can take control of our health and lives and learn to even thrive during this period. Great book for all - OWN YOUR SELF, by Kelly Brogan, MD (functional medicine psychiatrist out of NYC). Great for this time.
