Our emotions emerge from our beliefs.  Emotions just don’t appear.

In this stressful time of Spring 2020, we need to look at our emotions and find out what emotion we are experiencing and then learn the belief that is causing the emotion.

Once this is done, we can change our belief to a more healthful and truthful belief.  This will allow our emotions to evolve into one of power and success.
